Hot Italian Sandwich

I don't think this recipe calls for any formal ingredient list or instructions. Fry some ham and hot capicola, hard salami, mortadella, or all of these in a little olive oil. I chopped up some hot cherry peppers in vinegar and added that while the cold cuts were frying. At the end, put some provolone to melt, a sprinkling of Romano cheese, and put it on some good, crusty Italian bread. Pickles are always a good side.
